General Terms and Conditions

The general terms and conditions describe as clearly as possible what rights and obligations you have as a customer and what rights and obligations you can expect Visual Recording to observe. So you know exactly where you stand. Think of things like warranty, liability and payment.

Algemene Voorwaarden

ARTICLE 1. DEFINITIONS
 1.1. Visual Recording: the one-man business Visual Recording, established in Ommen and registered with the Chamber of Commerce under file number 74544357.
 1.2. Customer: the natural person or legal entity that has entered into an agreement with Visual Recording.
 1.3. General Terms and Conditions' means: all the provisions as set out below.
 1.4. Services: all services performed by Visual Recording for the Customer. These include: making visualisations and prints, ‘learning to draw’ via an (online) course and advising and facilitating under the heading of ‘visual consultancy’.
 1.5. Agreement: the agreement between Visual Recording and the Customer under which Visual Recording will perform the Service.
 1.6. Private Customer: the natural person not acting in the name of his/her profession or business.
 1.7. Business: the natural or legal person acting on behalf of his/her profession or business.
 1.8. Information: all data originating from customer.
 1.9. Written: by letter, e-mail and digital communication.
 1.10. Advice: the result of Visual Recording's work.
 1.11. Confidential or personal information: all financial, business and personal data entered, processed and stored by the Customer and/or Visual Recording.
 1.12. Website: www.visualrecording.nl.


ARTICLE 2. APPLICABILITY
 2.1. These General Terms and Conditions apply to all offers made, quotations submitted, agreements concluded, services rendered, products and other acts performed by Visual Recording, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
 2.2. By signing an agreement or order confirmation, or by agreeing via the website by purchasing an online service or product from Visual Recording, or by agreeing via e-mail, the Customer declares that he has taken note of these Visual Recording General Terms and Conditions and that he agrees to them.
 2.3. In the event of a conflict between these General Terms and Conditions and agreements made in an agreement, the provisions of the agreement will prevail.
 2.4. These terms and conditions also apply to the actions of third parties and/or suppliers hired by Visual Recording for the performance of the agreement.
 2.5. The applicability of the Customer's purchasing or other (general) terms and conditions is rejected by acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
